Job Description
Director of Medical Surgical
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Director of Medical Surgical to fill an opening with a well-known Hospital in Largo, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for the Director of Medical Surgical:
- Creating and implementing programs for continuous quality improvement, maintaining resources and staffing, promoting interdisciplinary teamwork, and employing measures to prevent adverse patient outcomes
- Commitment to achieving hospital-wide goals for care quality, safety, and service excellence
- Monday- Friday, 7 am-4 pm schedule
Required Qualifications for the Director of Medical Surgical:
- Nursing diploma or ASN required
- Must have Manager Level Acute Care Experience
- Recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (within the last 2-3 years)
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Medical Surgical:
- BSN preferred
