We areseeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at ourstate-of-the-art facility in Soddy-Daisy, TN. The shifts will run from 7a-7p& 7p-7a, with weekend requirements.

 

Soddy-Daisy,TN, is a charming city located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, in thesoutheastern United States. Situated along the Tennessee River and nestledamidst the rolling hills of the Cumberland Plateau, Soddy-Daisy offersresidents and visitors alike a picturesque setting with ample opportunities foroutdoor recreation.

FacilityOverview:

Our 11,000square-foot full-service emergency room boasts 12 beds, including a specializedtrauma room, equipped with advanced diagnostic capabilities. The facilityoffers on-site laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology support, including CT anddiagnostic X-ray services. Additionally, there is a helipad available foremergency air transportation via Erlanger’s LifeForce.

 

·        24-hours of Physician Coverage: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am

·        APP Coverage: Will be adding once volume picksup

·        EMR: Meditech

·        Anticipated 10 - 12,000 annual FSED patientvisits

·        PPH: 1.15 – 1.5

·        Transfer to Parkridge Main or East Hospital

 

Qualifications:

 

  • ABEM and AOBEM certification required.
  • Must be able to show proof of having completed ATLS at least once in their career.
  • Board Eligible candidates must have all life certifications including ATLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • TN Licensed
  • Immunizations required: FLU/COVID.
