Starbucks Manager - Full-time

Unit Description:

Sodexo is seeking a Starbucks Manager at Vail Health in Vail, CO. The retail store manager will direct all operations for the Starbucks location in the hospital. This strategic leader will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing teams and providing exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will:

• manage all retail operations for the Starbucks location 
• motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors 
• provide high-level service to customers 
• oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance
• manage vendor relationships and compliance 
• maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
• coordinate department safety and sanitation

We are looking for candidates who have:

• management experience in the food service industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.)
• understanding of food safety and sanitation

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in retail operations
