The Global Reverse Logistics Program Manager leads reverse logistics programs in technical areas which impact cost, quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience. This key role in the Global Logistics team works cross functionally and with external partners to drive technical reverse logistics operational efficiency and improvements while implementing best in class reverse logistics processes and operational capabilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement processes to support technical reverse logistics operations in areas such as design for disassembly/service.

  • Manage NPI deployment working with engineering to identify and order test equipment to support screen, refurbishment and repair at the service centers.

  • Lead programs which reduce warranty cost, increase b-stock utilization, maintain quality, and improve the customer experience

  • Partner with FW/SW engineering, Product Development and Operations Engineering & Quality to ensure quality, consistency and OBA target are maintained.

  • Identify and implement best in class reverse logistics processes in areas of inbound returns processing/triage, line layout and CapEx/fixture budgeting/planning

  • Partner with Product Development and Sustainability in the NPI process to ensure design for service/disassembly goals are met and we operationalize service/disassembly with global logistics partners

  • Support in the selection, onboarding, training and ramp up of new reverse logistics suppliers to ensure seamless bring up

  • Serve as the Global Logistics project lead for Sustainability/GHG reporting and e-recycling

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong familiarity with excel and ability to analyze data

  • 2+ years of experience in reverse logistics operations or manufacturing operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical, excel, program management, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to identify strategic initiatives and drive implementation

  • A passion for process improvement, cost savings, and improving the customer experience

  • Proven track record of collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or equivalent

  • Thorough familiarity and experience of returns management, technical reverse logistics operations (screening, refurb/repair)

  • Experience with parts harvesting/circularity

  • Thorough familiarity with manufacturing operations in both the reverse logistics space and final assembly

  • 5+ years of experience in technical reverse logistics operations

At Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between:

$123,000 and $136,300

Please note that compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
