The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling jobs with customers, third party inspectors and crews while preparing necessary documentation. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity for career growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate site work and create supporting documentation.
Provide professional and courteous communication to customers.
Update customer records within a database.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SalesForce.com experience is preferred.
Construction industry or office experience is preferred.
