Our client, a regional leader in upscale lighting decor and electrical features, is in search of an energetic Showroom Sales Representative. The associate will work primarily in their residential lighting showroom and assist prospective customers with choosing the perfect fixtures for their lighting design projects!

Pay: $24.00/Hour
Location: Sterling, VA
Schedule: 4 out of the 5 weekdays, 9A-6P (M-F)
Saturdays, 9A-5P (1 Saturday off every other month)
Responsibilities:
- Provide top notch customer service by greeting, assisting and providing a warm, engaging environment.
- Assist customers with all aspects of the payment process, including writing invoices, updating systems with sales information, and processing both cash and card payments
- Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom, making sure it is neat, organized and well stocked.
- Upsell! Showcase your sale skills by pin pointing the customer's needs and use your knowledge of company's product in order to find the perfect match!
Requirements:
- This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment that will include walking, standing, lifting items (up to 50 pounds), and occasional climbing, bending, or stooping
- Tech savvy with an emphasis on Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- An expert in soft skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer types
- Strong negotiation, organizational, communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
