Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)-Multiple Departments
Location: Alamosa, Colorado
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive with sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
Our customer is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team across various departments. Offering a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- ER, OB, ICU, Med Surg, Surgery
- Provide nursing care, including triage assessments, administering treatments, and documenting patient conditions.
- Assist with invasive procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Follow nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing minimum; BSN preferred.
- Valid Colorado RN license and current BLS certification.
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, etc., required for ER, ICU, and OB RNs.
