Hiring: Executive Chef, Full-Service Upscale, High Volume (Scratch Kitchen)
Location: McLean, VA (Tysons corner/DC Area)
Pay: up to $82,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities
- Executive Chef, ensure menu items are executed with excellence
- Deliver high quality, great tasting food to meet company standards
- Proper food safety, sanitation, and profitability
- Promote teamwork and superior guest experience
Skills
- Passion for culinary excellence
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound decision making and efficient problem solving
- High level of initiative, motivation and teamwork
- Time management and deadline oriented
- Ability to multitask
Requirements
- 3+ years experience Executive Chef in Full-Service, High Volume Upscale Restaurant or High-End Resort
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary is a plus
