The Area Manager works in conjunction with the Owner/Operator, the Quality/Control/Training Manager, and the Site Supervisor to assure that employees are adequately trained in the safest way of job procedures.

The Area Manager works in conjunction with the Owner/Operator, the Quality/Control/Training Manager, and the Site Supervisor to assure that employees are adequately trained in the safest way of job procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for budgets, budgeting in assigned area(s). P & L (profit & loss) statements, quality control, staffing, training, work assignments and time management.
- On-site inspections conducted with Site Supervisor.
- Perform bi-weekly walk through, paying attention to detail and fix problems as found.
- Training of new employees.
- Inventory and organization of job sites.
- Replenish and deliver supplies to accounts.
- Inspection of equipment to maintain good working condition and report defective equipment to the owner.
- Requires a satisfactory working knowledge in all major areas of building maintenance, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, equipment operation and maintenance, MSDS and safety.
Qualifications:
- Qualified persons will have a minimum of two years experience operating in a similar capacity with an organization with a staff 25 FTE's or PT combined and a dollar value over $100,000.00.
