As a Marketing Manager at Rakeb Home Health Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our services by implementing strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare marketing, with a focus on networking and building relationships to generate referrals. This position requires a creative and proactive individual who can effectively communicate the value of our home health care services to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and Nurture Relationships:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Establish a network of referral sources to drive client admissions and promote brand awareness.

Strategic Marketing Planning:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

- Identify target markets and implement targeted campaigns to reach potential clients and referral sources.

Content Development and Brand Messaging:

- Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and online materials, to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our home health care services.

- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Event Planning and Participation:

- Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote our services and engage with the community.

- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to build brand visibility.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and service improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Prior experience in senior care is a huge bonus.

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
