Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire entry-level behavior technicians at our ABA center! Come join our team!

At Mercy Plus, our team of specialists use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to treat children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). Each client receives unique treatments tailored to meet their learning needs in order for every child to reach their maximum potential. We are looking for candidates that love working with children, have an eagerness to learn, and are compassionate!

Qualifications:

· Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.
· Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisors
· Ability to provide one on one ABA therapy
· Working in accordance with a team
· Understand how to take feedback and improve the skill set
· Be willing to travel to various locations within the employment area.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
· Maintain client confidentiality
· Ability to uphold all laws, regulations and company policy.
· Proof of a negative TB test
· Ability to pass a background check and prove auto insurance
· Calm demeanor under pressure
· Must be willing to have all behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training completed through Mercy Plus
· Transportation may be required for certain clients

After training week you will be scheduled Part time based on your Availability and Client need.

All Hires will start Part time.
