JOB DESCRIPTION

Reconciles the receiving and payment of a department's inventory items and generates receiving reports in the Agility software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviews receiving documents and updates receiving, according to the corresponding purchase orders, in the Agility software.

  • Responsible for tracking deliveries and troubleshooting order issues with suppliers

  • Scheduling service calls for repairs
  • Update product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory

  • Possess strong math skills

  • Contact and coordinate with customers on any special order merchandise
  • Notifies Purchasing Department of shortages or damage of incoming merchandise when applicable.

  • Work with department staff to facilitate the return of damaged products to vendors

  • Performs any other assigned job duties, responsibilities or tasks as requested by the Trim Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1-2 yrs. related building materials experience

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (physical, drug, alcohol)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reading, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. The employee must be able to operate office equipment such as a computer, telephone, headset, fax, copier, and ten key. Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (physical, drug, alcohol). Lift less than 20 lbs.
