A small garden-style community is in search of a well-rounded live on maintenance technician with a minimum of five years experience.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for all aspects of community upkeep to included but not limited to:
- Boilers
- Plumbing
- Electric
- Remodels
- Laundry Rooms
- Maintenance Requests
- Snow Removal
- Grounds
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of boilers, heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
- Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Must be a team player that conducts themselves in a professional manner
