:Technical Sales & Support Representatives possess a good fundamental understanding of general automotive systems & components. Specialty knowledge regarding our core models is a plus but not required. Candidates should possess exceptional self-motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm for the Nissan & Infiniti brands.


Ideal candidates will have good time management skills, and be comfortable engaging with customers online, by phone, or by email. Individuals in this position will be expected to perform job-related responsibilities and additional duties as assigned independently.


Role Responsibilities & Qualifications:


  • Stay current on our core models and our range of products and services
  • Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through electronic means
  • Listening to clients and recommending the best products for their needs
  • Accepting and processing orders
  • Verify part numbers and product fitment
  • Promote special sales and engage the community on social platforms
  • Develop 1:1 client relationship through regular communication
  • Provide top-level customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
  • Participate in enthusiast events periodically
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner and follow up effectively
  • Setup returns and exchanges
  • Ensure order accuracy



Requirements:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive automotive knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to always maintain a high level of courteous customer service
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to occasionally work nights and rotating weekend schedules, based on business needs
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent research, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office Suite
  • Customer service/Call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus
