Full-Time Residential Program Manager - Sign on Bonus $5,000
Day shift with flexibility for early evening appts.

Full-time Maryland-licensed LCSWC, LMSW Social Worker or LCPC, LGPC Professional Counselor serving the mental health needs of children and adolescents in a residential crisis program setting. Provides overall supervision of the therapeutic milieu and residential staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises the Residential Care Associates and Activity Specialists
- Provides administrative supervision to the LPN and RN staff collaborates with CNO for LPN and RN clinical supervision
- Ensures adequate staffing/ scheduling of employees to meet ratios
- Responsible for the hiring, performance management and evaluation of employees
- Develops training plan in collaboration with HR/Training for onboarding and meeting training requirements in COMAR
- Provide group and individual counseling to children and adolescents, as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Complete assessments, documentation on treatment plan
- Create and implement treatment and behavior plans
- Coordinate specialized visits and appointments on a weekly basis
- Complete intakes, discharge planning and coordination of care
- Assists in crisis management
- Serves as a liaison with the schools
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Requires LCSW-C, LMSW or LCPC, LGPC in Maryland
- Intermediate technology skills and experience using EMR required
- Minimum 2 yrs exp working in mental/behavioral health inpatient or residential program
- Experience working with the child welfare system in the State of Maryland preferred
- At least 1 year experience in lead or supervisory position preferred
- Experience working with children and adolescents and complex trauma preferred.
- Ability to complete CPI training
