$1,000.00 Hiring Bonus!

1st shift - 5:15 am - 5:30 pm Monday -Thursday

2nd shift - 5:15 pm - 5:30 am Monday-Thursday ($2.00 per hour shift differential)

3rd shift (Weekends) 5:15 am - 7:00 pm Friday-Sunday

Essential Functions:

  • Required to ensure quality standards and application of all procedures while filling job orders.
  • Fill Pouches or Cartons to Customer Specifications in an efficient manner.
  • Pack boxes with the appropriate number of units per process order while verifying quality and product identification standards are met.
  • Stack boxes onto the designated pallet configuration with the correct number of boxes, consistent lot numbers, and verify quality and identification standards are met.
  • Correct identifiable problems with their equipment (tapers and labelers) and report mechanical or safety issues to supervisor and technicians in a timely manner to prevent downtime of process.
  • Meet production output goals for assigned product or process.
  • Responsible for housekeeping around their work areas and general areas of the plant (Inside and Outside of facility).
  • Communicate need for repair or adjustments to equipment or processes to ensure Safety and consistent Quality of product.
  • Observe work and safety rules and to wear personal protection equipment at all times.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvement suggestions to continuously improve output.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Special Knowledge, Skills, Training or other requirements:

  • Attention to detail and ability to read/write (English) and interpret numerical sequences, identify lot numbers, and to effectively communicate on line issues.
  • Ability to participate in and maintain housekeeping standards
  • Ability to wear approved safety glasses, safety footwear, hairnets or other required garments in association with FDA production requirements
  • Two years previous high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, push/pull up to 45 pounds consistently and stand constantly and work in repetitive operations.
  • Flexibility to work odd shifts and required overtime, or available to be called in for extra work as required.
  • Ability to work 12- hour shifts Monday-Thursday, OR 13.5 hours shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday as necessary to meet production schedules, and Company will assign work schedules.
  • Work with strong fragrances, esters and in dust particulate environment and temperature changes.
