Sales Greeter needed for expanding dealership

The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager to enhance the customer experience for Bowser Automotive customers and to solicit new business for the Sales Consultant.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and follow up with customers
• Conduct all follow-up for current customers ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Work with CRM to solicit return business for Sales Consultant
• Assist in completion of necessary paperwork for deals
• Explain and deliver vehicles to customers
• Data entry in ACT database
• Manage online leads
• Follow the Power of Bowser sales process
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by General Sales Manager and Sales Consultant

Education and Qualifications:

• High School degree
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to drive a standard transmission is preferred
• PA Sales license or ability to obtain a Sales license from the State of Pennsylvania

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for no less than 12 hours/day
