We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and professional team member needed to join our team. The Client Relations Specialist will help Pisces Health's expanding Purchasing Team with tracking, pricing, inventory, communicating with vendors, warehouse, and customer service. We will get you started with 2 weeks of training on the job!


General Summary


Client Relations Specialists will act as a liaison between the customer and sales reps, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. You will help build upon the relationship with our customers. Through phone calls, emails, and messaging you will play a vital role in assisting the customer with learning how to place orders on our website, get the status of their orders, and help them utilize the services that Pisces offers to the full extent.


Responsibilities

  • Incoming and out-going phone calls
  • Communicating with sales reps
  • Communicating with vendors for order status
  • Using email and internal messaging system to provide timely and accurate responses to customers.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a big plus
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Reliable, friendly and polite
  • Possess a strong work ethic.
  • Solid computer skills a plus.
  • Microsoft office skills a must
  • Self-motivated/self-starter/quick learner
  • Must have professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation
