Description:RNs for Private Duty SHIFT WORK(TRACHE & VENT EXPERIENCE A PLUS)
Essential Functions:
- Provide care to patients in a home care setting
- Assure the continuity of care through delivery of quality patient care.
- Monitors referred cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third-party payers.
- Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner
- Meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the Agency/licensing board.
Experience:
- 1-year experience as an RN in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience
Licensure/Certification:
- Level II background screening AHCA (we will pull this up on the website)
- A Health Statement within 6 months of registration date saying the caregiver is free of communicable disease
- Driver’s License
- Auto liability insurance
- Proof of ability to work in the USA (could be your social), Legal residence card or work permit (if applicable)
- CPR Card (NOT ONLINE Approved by American Heart Association, American Red Cross or The Health and Safety Institute)
- RN License or certificate
- Alzheimer’s CEU (Dept. of Elder Affairs)
- HIV/AIDES CEU
- Resume
