Here are things you will get to do as a Bindery Operator Team Member:

• Run and maintain machines that cut, fold, glue printed material.
• Read work orders and sets machine in accordance with job specifications.
• Adjusts machinery as needed prior to starting the project.
• Ensures that binding machines are in proper working order.
• Sends completed orders to shipping department.
• Performs other related duties as assigned (cleaning, organizing, stocking, ordering supplies etc.)
• Quality control

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent diploma
• Previous bindery operator experience, highly preferred, but will train the right person!
• Excellent mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to lift 50+/- lbs.

COMPENSATION
Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience. Participation in company benefit offerings includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and wellness. This is a full-time, on-site, hourly position located at our Production Facility in Dulles, VA. Local candidates only; relocation assistance is not provided.
