A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at Fox Pest Control, you will lead our organization at the most important level, the client level. Your daily responsibilities will support Fox's overall growth and profitability by achieving and supporting key goals in Sales, Customer Service, Hiring, Retention, and others as designated. This challenging position requires dynamic thinking and creative problem-solving each day. As the main point of contact in a given region, you will be responsible for building and developing a team that embodies Fox's core values while establishing Fox as the leader in all pest management solutions. Each branch has a dedicated team of support staff to support you in route planning, management, customer service, billing, and collections.

This job is for you if you have strong leadership, operations, and management abilities, operations or business management experience, and a strong sales aptitude.

What is needed to be successful?

• 5-10+ Years of management experience in Business/Operations - all relevant route-based businesses are considered (Beverage, Delivery, Uniform, Vending, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in the pest control industry (strongly preferred)
• Previous experience managing a business budget and expenses
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Current Driver's License with an excellent driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States
