SGI Global LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Export Border Control, with experience with the DoS Export Control and Related Border Security (EXBS) program.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with the DoS Export Control and Related Border Security (EXBS) program
- Knowledge of international strategic trade control norms, best practices, and proliferation trends;
- Experience drafting laws and regulations governing the control of trade and transfer of dual-use goods and technologies and conventional arms;
- Experience providing training and technical consultations to national governments on nonproliferation issues;
- Experience with developing internal compliance programs (ICP) and resources for private industry and providing onsite export control training for company personnel;
- Experience as a speaker and presenter at regional and international export control conferences;
- Evidence of research and publications on trade controls-related issues.
