Department: Finance Department

Location: Herndon, VA / Ontario, CA

Position Title: Accounting and Fund Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct operational analysis of accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.

Manage and assess the sales cash flow.

Handle the sales deduction of data business.

Consolidate and submit the summary of fund planning to the General Office for approval and regularly report on fund planning and execution status.

Manage the income management system's "business confirmation" and ERP income audit.

Manage operational capital, collaborate with department managers on fund position management, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fund position reports.

Verify and clear the transactions related to intercompany dealings.

Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, financial management, or related fields;

Knowledge: Proficient in financial management systems and various office software applications.

Work Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting and fund management-related roles. Familiar with financial and taxation systems.

Language: Proficient in both English and Chinese to conduct work tasks.

Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, management skills, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, coordination, and learning abilities.
