We are excited to continue to grow and expand the ways that we can help customers be smarter about life insurance and financial services through the Farmers Financial Life Agent (FLA) program.


FLAs have an opportunity to develop their own life insurance and financial services business. They can also build lasting relationships with the full-time agents who ask them to introduce life insurance and financial services options to current Farmers customers in their agencies.


Farmers agents have helped build Farmers into one of the most recognizable brands in the country. Using Farmers strong brand awareness, the existing relationships Farmers agents have with our customers, and their professional knowledge and experience, FLAs have a tremendous opportunity to make a big difference in customers lives as well as their own!

Requirements
  • Candidate must reside in Los Angeles or Ventura County, CA
  • Must hold a Life Insurance license (Series 6 or 7, Series 63 and health license are not required but would benefit FLA in growing their business)
  • At least 1 year of customer facing sales experience in the Life and/or Financial Services industry
  • To be eligible for the Financial Life Agent program, potential candidates must first pass a background check in accordance with current Farmers Insurance guidelines, policies, and procedures. The background check will cover three (3) major areas: Financial History, State, Federal, and County Criminal History, Regulatory Actions
  • Cannot have conflicting outside appointments
