Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy mandatory if not Pharm.D.
- Advanced degree preferred (PharmD).
- Accredited Post Graduate Residency is required.
- Board certification by Board of Pharmacy Specialties for Psychiatry is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-year suitable experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Must secure an adjunct faculty appointment as a Clinical Instructor of Pharmaceutical Practice with the University of Arizona, College of Pharmacy within 4 months of start date.
Certification/Licensure:
- Must hold unrestricted license by the State of Arizona and Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card.
