Job Description/Responsibilities

Evening preparation of truck fleet to meet timely departure for landscape crews the following morning.

Job tasks consist of:

• overall care and upkeep of our facility
  • emptying recycling and trash
  • maintain landscaping and mowing
  • keep us looking our best inside and out at all times
• prepare all equipment and vehicles each afternoon or early morning prior to crews arriving - empty trucks from day's job and load plants, mulch, pine straw or anything else needed for landscape crews prior to their arrival
• maintain all equipment and vehicles as required - maintain fluid levels (gas, oil, etc.), air pressure, check belts, filters, etc. - training available
• goal is to have all vehicles and equipment ready for service the following morning so crews can be out the gate by 7:00 am
• minor mechanic work, part changing, lawn equipment maintenance. mechanic experience is a plus, but not required.
• regular changing of mower blades - training provided
• picking up parts and running errands when needed

• Available some weekends

• Properly use and maintain all equipment
• Ability to pass a background check

• General Facilities Management Experience
• Experience with placing orders, running errands
• Experience with mechanical work and welding
• Experience with mechanical work on 2 cycle and zero turn mower engines, along with other machines used for our business
• Must be organized and capable and willing to learn
