Job Description
This position is responsible for carrier and strategic customer data solution sales. This includes promoting China Unicom Americas products and services and building relationships with new and existing customers. The candidate must identify and work on sales opportunities independently and proactively.


Major Job Duties

Be responsible for the customer of assigned accounts. Maintain customer relationships at multiple levels. Work with customers to develop sound business plans, build pipelines, and execute sales.

Led solution development efforts that best addressed customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and vendor resources.

Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet customers’ expectations.

Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in posted customer accounts.

Work with customers to develop product platforms to generate new revenue.

Complete assigned work by the team leader.

Work proactively to handle the daily work with different time zones.

Work with the pricing team and technical support team for business cases.

Contract negotiation and work with legal team for commercial contracts.


Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines.

Communication Skills

Problem-Solving Skills

Strong knowledge of data wholesale market trends and technology.

Two years or more experience in product, technical, or business support is required.

Strong business sense and industry knowledge are required—strategic thinking to explore potential business.

Strong collaboration & teamwork skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Project management skills.
