The ideal candidate for the Permanent Staff Accountant position will have the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in AP/AR, financial reporting, general ledger management, journal entries, and general accounting practices.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft AX or equivalent accounting software.
4. Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and produce meaningful reports.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong numerical skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
9. A strong team player, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
