Job Description
Our upscale restaurant in Oak Lawn, IL is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic restaurant manager to join the team. As a restaurant manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional experiences both at the bar and on the restaurant floor!

Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
· Lead by example and maintain a high standard of excellence throughout every shift.
· Recruit, train, and manage a team of service staff, kitchen staff, and support personnel. Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive efficiency and
accountability.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies. Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
· Create and maintain staff schedules that align with business needs while controlling labor costs.
· Optimize staffing levels to ensure efficient operations during peak and off-peak hours.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
· Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
· Passion for restaurant management, brewery operations, and knowledge of the craft beer industry
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
· Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various conditions
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
