Nurse Practitioner – Float

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Float to fill an opening with a Fortune 100 major Healthcare organization in Salem, Oregon.

Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner - Float:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, patient facing. Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions. Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Conduct advanced illness and advanced care planning conversations. Provide patients and caregivers with counseling and education.
  • Flexible Schedule: Need is for 20-29 hours per week
  • 4 – 7 Month Contract to Start
Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner - Float:
  • Active and unrestricted license in the state which you reside, or ability to obtain by start date
  • 1 year minimum experience working as an NP
  • Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program
  • Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification in one of the following:
    • Family Nurse Practitioner
    • Adult Nurse Practitioner
    • Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
    • Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
  • Covid Vaccination Required

Pay Details: $70.00/hour – $80.00/hour
