RPh on the Go is a leading healthcare staffing company specializing in providing top-notch pharmacy professionals to healthcare facilities.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. Within this role you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and work in diverse healthcare settings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in direct patient care
- Manage medication therapies.
- Evaluate drug efficacy
- Order and evaluate laboratory tests
- Medication history and counseling
- Communicate directly with healthcare providers regarding medication management and therapy adjustments.
- Provide drug information to other healthcare professionals and responding to provider initiated.
- Responsible for satellite pharmacies, which may include tasks such as sterile product processing in the IV Admixture Service and OR pharmacy.
Shift:
- Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm
- Rotating weekends
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Pharmacy required; Pharm.D degree preferred.
- ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred; or 3 years of acute care hospital experience
- Board certification preferred.
- DE Pharmacist license
