Civil Project Manager/Field Supervisor

Prolink is looking for a Sitework Project Manager in Vine Grove, KY.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned project(s) utilizing support personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Read and understand the plans and specifications.
• Coordinate purchasing, submit material and methods for approval as well as coordinate arrival of material within project schedules.
• Interact with clients and staff to prepare project schedules, attend meetings, keep up with and distribute plan revisions and agenda, as well as keeping daily reports and inspecting work.
• Supervise site crews and schedule logistics with internal company schedulers.
• Determine and discuss project methods and procedures with staff in regular meetings.
• Survey examination of the project site obtain information such as soil condition and place markers as guides to construction

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with structural drawings/blueprints, and design systems(hydraulic systems).
• Budget breakdowns, plant oversite, use of AutoCAD/PDF, survey knowledge, and basic geotechnical testing and reporting terminology preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite/Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of or ability to learn various project management platforms, construction-based software, and civil construction basics.
