Job Description:

Do you love to dive into data and figure things out? Exciting news here - Pluralsight is looking for a Sales Compensation Administrator to help deliver variable compensation for the sales and success teams. You will provide input into the design, implementation, and execution of variable compensation plans. Love to collaborate? Phenomenal! You'll collaborate with multiple departments and leaders to ensure commissions are calculated correctly and paid on time.

What you'll do:
  • Support and analyze incentive compensation plans for our global sales and success organizations that align with the Pluralsight Go-To-Market strategy
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations of variable commissions; validate and monitor payment of incentive compensation plans and their components
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships with FP&A, People Operations, Legal, and Sales/Success leadership to ensure alignment of incentive compensation plans with organizational, financial, and sales goals
  • Maintain and update variable compensation systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of sales compensation metrics
  • Develop and document procedures to streamline variable compensation systems processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Experience you'll bring:
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or data analyst roles
  • Comfortable analyzing and manipulating large amounts of data in Excel
  • Basic familiarity with SaaS market trends and compensation strategies in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial management & modeling experience
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Knowledge of variable commission plans and/or compensation
  • Experience using the following software platforms: Salesforce, Tableau, Anaplan (or similar commission software)
Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree)
