Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Houston, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Pay: $12-$18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure an efficient flow of clients
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Provide support to other team members as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a spa or medical setting
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
