Payrate Range: $17.50 - $18.00 Hourly / Full Time

Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Proactively respond to customer queries, answer calls – inbound and outbound, assist walk in customer business sales. Respond, greet, resolve customers’ phone calls and provide assistance
• Responsible for supporting Sales managers, and other departments by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support
• Process all orders (will call, local delivery, truckloads, and direct shipments)
• Assist with scheduling truckloads and inbound containers
• Complete the order process from receipt of customer orders through to dispatch and then invoice, using defined processes and system functionality
• Works closely with accounting, monitor customer account and/or order book status on a regular basis, resolving problems with potential customer impact e.g. credit blocks, delivery issues
• Control the delivery process, preparing associated documentation for goods dispatch, booking transportation in line with site and warehouse capabilities, process freight charges.
• Assist with placement of orders; generate orders, refund, or exchanges, understands all functions of order entry system. Deal with return products in required procedure
• Cancel and update accounts. Manually enter pricing-override each sales order
• Assist Planning for direct shipment plan approvals
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed
• Maintain and update customer database
• Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
• Sell products and services if it’s required; handle product recalls
• Assist in managing the flow of information in the functional mailbox
• Work collaboratively with team members with different backgrounds and perspectives
• Manage office inventory
• Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or Associates Degree (Preferred)
• Etiquette phone skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Professionalism/ provides timely information as expected, works at high levels of consistency &
accuracy
• Customer Service Oriented
• Organization skills
• Multi-task on job duties
• Bilingual speaking – Spanish is a plus but not required
