Line Cook at Vanish Farmwoods Brewery

Branded Chophouse is hiring line cooks for a casual dining restaurant in Boonsboro, MD.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus

- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens

- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards

- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work area

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation

- Assist with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements to existing recipes

Skills:

- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment

- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary principles

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $21.00/hour.
