Dishwasher / Steward

The Mirbeau Inn & Spa is seeking a full-time dishwashers / steward to join our team of exceptional employees! Mirbeau believes that our employees are our most valuable asset. As a Forbes Travel Guide partner, the successful candidate should be friendly, professional and go above and beyond to provide the best experience for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate the industrial dishwasher
• Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
• Follow sanitation policies at all times
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed
• Perform opening, closing and side work
• Report any sanitation issues to appropriate party
