Field Service Technician Production Print Solutions - Responsibilities: As a Field Service Technician for Production Print Solutions (PPS) the main responsibilities will be to install and maintain high volume production printers at our customer locations. This would include performing maintenance/repair of the printers as the customer has need for service, as well as preventative maintenance activities on a schedule. In addition, you would be responsible for maintaining service inventories and the integrity of our customer sites at expected operating standards.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call rotation

Willingness to travel:

• Travel for training required.
• Some travel to other areas may be required.

Work Location:

• Multiple Customer Locations within assigned service area.

Qualifications:

• Electro-Mechanical skill and experience required.
• Previous Printer maintenance/repair experience preferred.
• Minimum Technical/Trade/Business Certificate is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• PC literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and understanding of basic network concepts is a plus.
• Traveling outside of territory and/or district may be required. Must be available to work overtime.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and be in a mobile activity more than 50% of the time. (Walking/standing/stooping/kneeling).

License/Certification:
