Job Details:

Client is looking for an individual who is looking for long-term employment. We are looking for someone to partner with us as we expand our brand.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 10 years' experience
• Must be able to manage a crew of guys
• Must be fluent in Blueprint reading and able to work with specifications prepared by other construction professionals.
• Must know how to estimate and prepare jobs to build suitable for local and state building codes and company standards.
• Must be able to lift at least 100 pounds
• Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have references for the last 10 years
• Must be able to use and adopt to our company technology
• Must enforce and follow required Osha Standards and company safety standards.
• Must have experience in the following, installing cabinetry, tile porcelain or ceramic, trim, flooring, hang, finish drywall, Painting, framing, window and door installation, custom metal works etc.
• Must be willing and able to work excess of 40 hours per week as needed.
• Must be a team player
• Must be ambitious, motivated and have good attitude
• Must be able to project manage multiple projects at once
• Must have own hand tools needed. (Basics) client will provide all power tools, Pneumatic tools needed, ladders, breaks ETC.
• Must always create safe and clean workplace.
• Must be timely and respectful of client Policies.
• Must be able to hit project deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel to jobs.
