Scope:

Assist management in all IT needs. Paid internship.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide PC computer-related support services to the company staff.
  • Provide direct Help Desk and general user support for installation and troubleshooting of PC’s and related hardware and software, access to local network, network services and the internet.
  • Use Internet and other technical support tools available to research and resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain network user accounts.
  • Support LAN wireless network equipment and cabling.
  • Manage Helpdesk calls.
  • Other duties assigned.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in information technology supporting systems.
  • Experience in cable management.
  • Experience with end-user support.
  • Knowledge of windows operating systems, basic LAN and networking concepts and general office equipment.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • MCSE certification preferred.
  • Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.
