Scope:
Assist management in all IT needs. Paid internship.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide PC computer-related support services to the company staff.
- Provide direct Help Desk and general user support for installation and troubleshooting of PC’s and related hardware and software, access to local network, network services and the internet.
- Use Internet and other technical support tools available to research and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain network user accounts.
- Support LAN wireless network equipment and cabling.
- Manage Helpdesk calls.
- Other duties assigned.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in information technology supporting systems.
- Experience in cable management.
- Experience with end-user support.
- Knowledge of windows operating systems, basic LAN and networking concepts and general office equipment.
- High school diploma preferred.
- MCSE certification preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.
