Residential Carpenter

Client is looking for an individual who is looking for long term employment. We are looking for someone partner with us as we expand our brand.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years' experience
• Must be able to work with a crew of guys or independent.
• Must be able to keep jobsite clean and safe
• Must be able to adhere to company standards and policies.
• Must be able to lift at least 100 pounds
• Must be able to climb and work off ladders and scaffolding safely.
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have references for the last 5 years
• Must be able to use and adopt to our company technology
• Must follow required Osha Standards and company safety standards.
• Must have experience in the following, installing cabinetry, tile porcelain or ceramic, trim, flooring, hang, finish drywall, Painting, framing, window and door installation, custom metal works etc.
• Must be willing and able to work excess of 40 hours per week as needed.
• Must be a team player
• Must be ambitious, motivated and have good attitude
• Must have own hand tools needed. (Basics) Client will provide all power tools, Pneumatic tools needed, ladders, breaks ETC.
• Must be timely and respectful of Client's policies.
• Must be able to assist and achieving project deadlines.
