Excellent Hospitalist opportunity in Savannah, GA with $50k commencement bonus!

Excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join this established team in Savannah, GA.

• Our team is comprised of 30 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), including a dedicated nocturnal team.
• We are also supported by our group's own clinical performance nurses and program manager and coordinator.
• Our clinicians bring diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who lean on and learn from each other in their approach to patient care.
• We have a team-oriented approach with other hospital department leaders and managers, as they are eager to offer help to assist in our practice.
• We value providers who are team players and are comfortable leading a treatment team for each patient.

Practice:

• This is an established tertiary care hospital that receives transfers from all surrounding counties and across state lines.
• We have day and swing admitters throughout the day, as well as dedicated nocturnists.
• There is a resident-led MET/RRT team, and hospital medicine does not respond to codes.
• The hospital has a closed ICU with a separate intensivist group. We do not require procedures.
• We're looking for board-certified/eligible internal medicine and family medicine candidates.
• Our EMR is Epic, with access to our own internal informatics platform.
• Compensation ranges from $1497 (day) to $1797 (night) per shift and $400 moonlighting for extra shifts above the threshold. We also offer quality and productivity incentives.

• We work collaboratively within our team to ensure coverage for time off.
