Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking Office Assistant For a Dynamic Construction Company

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing accounts payable and receivable? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Office Assistant at our thriving construction company!

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment to start immediately. Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, be proficient in QuickBooks, and perform other general office duties. Being Bi-lingual (Spanish) and Proficient in QuickBooks is a MUST!!!




Compensation:

$31,200

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily billing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
  • Maintain financial records and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Utilize QuickBooks to perform accounting tasks efficiently
  • Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely payments and deliveries
Qualifications:
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a MUST
