Wurzak Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Talent & Culture Manager to support the HR leadership of our Marriott award winning recently renovated Sheraton Hotel in Reston, VA. The Talent & Culture Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the hotel. This role involves employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, payroll, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, Marriott brand experience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding employee experiences.
