What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the execution of the company's progressive collections process to ensure customers are making payments on time.
  • Communicate regularly with dealerships to ensure they are actively executing collections plans.
  • Oversee the handling of financial transactions throughout the day and daily balancing of dealership cash and credit card accounts.
  • Provide direction and oversight in the repossession of vehicles from customers that are delinquent in their payments.
  • Work with dealerships to ensure that they are dealing with customers to proactively avoid payment issues.
  • Train dealerships teams to follow company collections guidelines and expectations and follow up on deficiencies.
  • Set strategic collections plans and expectations for dealerships in your region.
  • Visit dealerships in the region regularly. Approximately 80% travel.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of leadership in a collection’s environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violations within the last 3 years
  • Ability to prioritize schedule when business needs arise
  • Ability to react appropriately under pressure
  • Proficient computer skills
