NURSE PRACTITIONER AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN GREELEY, CO - WEEKENDS

PART-TIME ONLY

This is an excellent chance to become a valued member of our growing private practice group, specializing in providing healthcare to geriatric patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) OR Physician Assistant (PA) who enjoys working independently and is open to working on weekends while making a difference in the lives of our aging population.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a close-knit, family-friendly work environment, distinguishing us from larger corporate medical practices. As part of our team, you'll have direct interactions and collaboration with the practice owners and administrators. With a stellar reputation and steady expansion across the state, we are seeking individuals available to commence work within the next 30 days.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver primary and preventative care to patients in assigned care facilities.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff and facility administration at each location.
  • Coordinate care with community-based primary care physicians.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Competitive daily pay rate
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • Part-time position, Saturday and Sunday
  • See an average of 15 patients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must hold a valid CO license.
  • While we welcome new NP graduates, preference will be given to candidates with experience in ICU or CCU settings.
  • Minimum one year experience for PAs
