Server Job Description

Join our team at Slow Ride as a Server and become a part of a friendly and energetic atmosphere where your passion for customer service and attention to detail will shine. As a Server, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests, assist in creating memorable experiences, and be an integral part of our success in providing exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
• Delivering food and beverages to tables and ensuring accuracy and presentation are up to our high standards.
• Answering questions and making recommendations about menu items, attending to special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Processing payments and accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the dining area and ensuring an inviting ambiance for guests.
• Collaborating with team members to provide a seamless dining experience, supporting each other in delivering exceptional service.
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Continuously striving to enhance product knowledge, keeping up-to-date with menu changes and new offerings to confidently answer guests' inquiries.
• Building positive relationships with guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
