Are you looking to join a growing and highly successful organization? A large private family-owned automotive dealership is adding an Assistant Service Manager due to growth. Great opportunity to make an impact! This role will be with an industry leader and innovator with a strong culture and growth mindset. This role is truly unique and different!

What Matters Most:
  • Support the Service Manager in all aspects to drive customer satisfaction
  • Lead service team to ensure service processes and customer expectations are met
  • Passion to lead and develop teams with a team-first mentality
  • Work closely with the full-service team including advisors, technicians, porters etc.
  • Ensure a smooth functioning service department with energy and a positive attitude
Your New Role:
  • Leadership - lead, and coach service personnel
  • Manage daily service drive operations, scheduling, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with the service team for timely service orders and repairs
  • Handle inquiries, customer concerns, and escalations for prompt resolution
  • Maintain accurate service records and assist in training service department staff
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement service policies and procedures
Your Experience:
  • 3 + years of automotive service experience
  • Minimum of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Preferred experience as a Service Advisor or Service Operations
  • Detail-oriented with a multitasking ability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable to new technologies and new processes
  • Time Management & problem-solving abilities
