Leadership Program

Blue’s Jumpstart Summer Leadership Program is a two-day, expenses-paid retreat, designed to help accelerate your career by giving you a glimpse into the world of public accounting and help you prepare for a successful career. As a participant, you gain meaningful, relevant experience as you network with other college students and Blue’s leaders from our IN, OH and KY offices! You will expand on your leadership skills through fun activities and informational presentations. It’s a great opportunity to get a jumpstart on your career in public accounting!

We host one program in the summer: It will be held in Cincinnati, OH on June 6th- June 7th, 2024!

Additionally, we cover all expenses for the program, including hotel if needed.

Qualifications for the Program Include:

• Strong academic performance (Minimum GPA 3.2).

• Future CPA candidate and Accounting major on track to meet the 150 credit hour requirement. We will also consider candidates who are in Accounting-related majors, such as Data Analytics, Consulting or Finance.

• Demonstrates leadership and problem solving skills; history of extra-curricular or volunteer activities, preferably in a leadership role.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
