Primary Care Physician
A Primary Care Physician is needed in Lake City, FL.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Columbia County. Lake City is known for its proximity to many different Florida parks and freshwater springs.
This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($200,000 - $225,000)
- Quarterly Bonus Potential – up to $8,000
- Health Insurance - $37.01 biweekly (Employer covers 80%)

Requirements

- New Graduates Will Be Considered
- Clear and Active Physician License in the State of Florida
- MD/DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in the State of Florida
